Clubs and County Central Committees have until November 3rd, 2019 to submit updated rosters to receive their full amount of ballots, per our updated bylaws.
A reminder that there is no need to re-affiliate all over if you affiliated with the CDC in previous years, but updated rosters are needed to correctly issue the right amount of ballots that each club and county central committee are entitled to for the November 15 elections.
Affiliated clubs and county committees who do not submit rosters will still be able to cast 2 votes; a ballot will be issued to the club president/chair (or designee) and one other member.
